Great Crested Newt Training 2022

It’s been a while but I am delighted to announce that Levan Ecology will be running introductory training on great crested newts again this year.

The course will be ideal for students and recent graduates looking to develop their skills in ecology and will cover.

• Identifying different newt species
• Licencing and legal aspects
• Survey techniques – including an opportunity to try these out in the field.

Tuesday 5th April

Classroom session 1pm-5pm

Evening fieldwork 9.30pm-10.30pm

Wednesday 6th April

Morning Fieldwork 7.30am-8am

£100 standard price.

£50 discount price. (Available to students and full time conservation volunteers)
