Friday the 13th and it could be an unlucky weekend, I entered a 10km run this time with essentially no training. Normally by this point I would have done the distance at least once training and probably done some other stuff like hill reps. What can I say, the weather has been awful and I got lazy.

On the plus side it gives me a chance to see what my base level of fitness is.
